Welcome Back to the Riverwalk

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC, Texas Government, Bexar County and City of San Antonio guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

   

We have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Unvaccinated staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel. Fully vaccinated guests and staff members are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel.

- Hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our cleanliness protocols.

- Remote covers and seals placed on remotes after sanitation process. Paper collateral has been removed from the room.

- For our guest safety and to limit contact, housekeeping service will only be offered on the 4th night of your stay. If guests would like their room serviced sooner, they must contact our guest service team 24 hours in advance. Contact the front desk for contact free delivery of any items needed or trash pick-up.

    

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.
