KATHY GRIBOU – Senior Sales Manager – Corporate in the Southeast, Houston and Texas Associations
Kathy has extensive experience in the industry and joined Hotel Contessa in January, 2006. She is responsible for the oversight and management of accounts based in Houston, South West (Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida).
Kathy has received several prestigious Benchmark Hospitality International Awards including 2007 Award of Excellence, 2010 Manager of the Year, and has been a member of the Platinum Club 2006, 2007 and 2011. Currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Conservation Society and is a volunteer for the annual San Antonio Fiesta®.

ELISE GERTENBACH – Senior Sales Manager – West Coast and Midwest Divisions
Elise joined Benchmark Hospitality nine (9) years ago as an Administrative Sales Assistant. After joining the Sales Team at the Northland Inn she transferred from Minnesota to San Antonio, TX and Hotel Contessa in 2006. During her tenure with Benchmark Hospitality, Elise has achieved Benchmark’s Platinum Club for sales success, and was the recipient of manager of the quarter for 2007 and 2012.
She handles all leads from the Midwest and West Coast market. She works with a wide range of accounts from corporate accounts, Associations, Health care, Education to Government groups.
Elise is originally from Wisconsin and studied at DePaul University in Chicago, IL where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Media Studies.

REGHANN NAIL – Sales Manager – All Group Business – San Antonio, TX to include Corporate, Associations, Social and Non – Profits – Texas Corporate, except Houston
Reghann began her hospitality career in August 2011 as a front desk agent of another property, where she was promoted to Sales Manager. Reghann is the latest addition to the Hotel Contessa team and is responsible for Associations, Non- Profits from San Antonio and all Corporate Business in Texas excluding Houston.
Reghann is from Boerne, Texas and graduated from Texas State University – San Marcos with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

ERIN LUTHER – Catering Sales Manager
Erin has held a realm of positions at Hotel Contessa throughout her 6 years tenure with Hotel Contessa. Her current responsibilities specialize in weddings and social events to include corporate meetings and events.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Texas A&M University and was recognized as manager of the quarter in 2010 & 2012.
