We have a dedicated Conference Concierge to serve as your private point of contact to ensure all goes smoothly. Audio-visual equipment is fine-tuned and ready for any presentation, along with data projection, Wi-Fi and hard-wired Internet that is available in each meeting room.

We bring the outside in since all of our conference rooms offer a beautiful view of San Antonio. Three of the conference rooms are graced with outdoor terraces for a breath of fresh air and sunshine. For those smaller conferences, tables may be arranged to your specifications. Glare-free lighting and ergonomic chairs, along with solid-wall construction provide ease of sight, comfortable seating and the chance to hear the intended presenter, rather than the one next door. Our 2,300 square foot Contessa Ballroom accommodates 200 in round seating or 120 classroom style.
